Tameron Hyundai Service Center

I go to Tameron for service - tires, oil changes, you name it. They make it so simple from pulling into the drive and giving me time to explain what I need to relaxing in the waiting area while they work quickly and efficiently. Everyone is smiling, friendly, and helpful. In the waiting area, they have delicious snacks (sometimes even meals!), coffee, and WiFi. I’ve had to bring my kids before, and they have plenty to keep them occupied. I also love the convenience of getting text updates and information about my car’s needs right at my fingertips. They aren’t pushy at all, and they make sure to thoroughly inspect my car for issues. I trust the guys at Tameron to make sure my car is safe and reliable for my growing family.

Had an appointment for a regular oil change, but the front desk rep said they couldn’t service my car because I was “over the mileage window” and told me to come back at 23,500 miles. I was shocked—they basically expected me to drive another 5,700 miles on oil that was already 8,000 miles old. Even the technician was surprised. In the end, they only agreed to service my car if I paid, saying the next one would be free if I came “on time.” I’ve never had this issue at other locations, and it feels unreasonable and unfair. Very disappointing experience.

Best service dept ever to work with. Customer service is the best I’ve ever worked with. I’ve been in the morning and noon and had breakfast and lunch for everyone. Fresh refreshments all day. All around great store. If you want your fast and the best experience go to Tameron Hyundai.
