It can be tough finding a trustworthy shop that's reasonably priced and specializes in what you're driving but if have an Asian or European vehicle then look no further! I recently took in my 2021 Subaru Outback Limited with 130K miles for it's first oil change and inspection since I've had it at 7am and they were able to look at my vehicle right at 7:30 when they start looking at vehicles and I was out an hour later. They took the time to go over everything they'd recommend doing, why, cost, and how long those things can wait. I liked they offered to sanitize and fumigate it since I got it recently and answered the questions I had about that. I also thought it was great that an inspection is included with the oil change. They can explain that when you can to setup an appointment. If you want to support a local business and save yourself a lot of time and money instead of going to the stealership and they list your make on their website I'd highly recommend this shop.

I'm very pleased with my experience here. The technician was so nice to me and very knowledgeable and honest. He even warned me of something at the beginning of my inspection and gave me the option to discontinue without any charge. He educated me thoroughly on my vehicle's past, present and future needs and gave expert advice. And the charge was reasonable and I was quoted directly up front. No guesswork on pricing. I would recommend this business.

My daughter and I were traveling through town when our Audi broke down. An Uber driver told me about Rob’es and they did not disappoint!! They were fast, thorough, and a fair price! Highly recommend!! Excellent, excellent, excellent!

For almost 30 years now, I have used Rob'e Mans exclusively whenever any of my Honda automobiles needed service. In my experience, Rob'e Mans is an honest, very capable shop that offers great warranties on their work. I don't consider using any dealership's services unless I absolutely have to. Their prices aren't the cheapest I can find, but their service is the best value I have found and, to a large degree, you get what you pay for, right?

First of all, this place has excellent customer service. The staff at Rob'e Mans are nice and courteous and will answer pretty much any question you have. Second, i can't recommend this place, even though the customer service was great. I brought my car back twice to be repaired and i still hear the whining noise while driving/accelerating, which from what i can tell when lifting the hood, is coming from the newly installed steering wheel pump. The service i had done to my car was a power steering pump and fluid replacement, along with them changing all serpentine drive belts. Once i received my car, i heard a whining noise on the inside of the car while accelerating. Before i brought the car back, i setup an appointment with Rob'e Mans online and there, you can write what your vehicle issues are. I sent the car back, i called to check to see if the techs were able to locate the noise/issue, only for the technicians to say that the power steering pump is faulty. They replaced the pump, along with the power steering line. I get the car back, i can still hear the whining noise. I'll wait until i can get back home and have the shop i normally go to check everything out. Hopefully my car won't break down on the way there. Again, polite customer service and easy to schedule appointments, just never fixed the issue.

Though fully booked, they squeezed us in for an urgent battery issue. Waiting accommodations are fantastic, shuttle service available and staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We will be using their services going forward.

The only objection I ever have to repairs is the price...but the necessary evil sometimes to work with competent, quality, and honest mechanics. The process was even done mainly through text as I was able to communicate effectively and get responses quickly through their text setup. The online quote gave me pictures and visual confirmation of issues. Would recommend them for work for certain.
