I really appreciate Empire Autohaus professional customer service. The service was excellent I received a call and explanation regarding my car maintenance. Thanks, Michelle B.

I took my car today because my left turn signal was not working after having the bulb replaced. It turns out that the person who replaced the bulb used some kind of sticky stuff and it was doing something to keep the bulb from working - anyway they were kind enough not to charge me anything for the service, which surprised me. They are unbelievably nice and I’m going to keep using them and I highly recommend them to everyone!!

Alan and everyone where very helpful. They treat you like a friend, not only a customer! They do excework on my 1969 MGB-GT. Thank you Autohaus!

Karen and Alan have taken great care of my older Alfa Romeo. My most recent work included replacing my worn transmission with a newer one rebuilt by Alan, it totally transformed the car. From general servicing to major repairs they do a great job, my car has never driven better!

I enjoy the family atmosphere of this shop and thr convenience, now that Alfa Romeo of Birmingham has closed. I liked the work performed on my Stelvio. I recommend this for non-warranty work on Alfa Romeo vehicles.

I have a 2012 Mini Cooper R56 S, and if you own a European car, you need to bring it to Empire Autohaus. That's it. That's the post.

Great experience with Empire Autohaus! They show you are important with providing loyalty discounts, sometimes making impossible repairs as possible and done ✔️ Highly recommend to anyone who has a European fine auto because you will *NOT* REGRET using them, unlike me using a change an oil change service that cost a lot of money, wasn't repaired, and refused to honor their warranty. EMPIRE AUTOHAUS WILL TREAT YOU RIGHT AND WILL NOT CAUSE MORE PROBLEMS--THEY WILL FIX IT! It's worth the money as they do good work and ACTUALLY REPAIR CAR SO YOU CAN DRIVE IT !
