These people are doing corrupt work all I asked for is my paperwork to the vehicle and he refused to give me that. I’m sure it’s because the paperwork I signed was for 5500 the paperwork he gave me without my signature on is for 7 gs + i had a budget when I went to purchase this vehicle so I know what I agreed to and if it wasn’t 5500 then just give me the original paperwork with my balance on it! He doesn’t want to do that so now I’m forced to take him to court. I had to call an officer out who said I couldn’t sue them 🤣 ok buddy watch this.

We get ALL of our cars from Brian and have had nothing but quality and great service for more than 5 years now!! I LOVE MY NEW SUV, and we'll be back real soon!! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Customer service was horrible. They get junkyard vehicle running just long enough to sell. Then they break and your just high and dry. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. spend the same amount somewhere not associated with them and get something better. I needed my title on a certain day, and they said it would be ready a week before that. I kept calling and they didnt have it. But the last day came for me to get it before I moved and as I showed up they were closing the gates. The owner saw me and sped off across the street to a gas station. Then I approached another employee. He was kind enough to go ask him to come back and let me grab the title. THE OWNER SAID NO. so I had to wait 4 days for them to reopen and when I showed up to get the title it took all of 60 seconds. I literally dated, printed my name and signed a sheet of paper and left. But he couldn't be bothered to come across the street and let me in. It just goes to show how some people don't care about the customer at all.

BAD BUSINESS I recently just purchased a 08 toyota Avalon on July 13th, but today it started running hot . I called Bobby , I understand it’s a “as is”. The check engine light came on out the blue . He said it’s nothing he could do but I only had the car for a week. My money went down the drain for nothing . That’s some bull . I was expecting a 10/10. But It’s a 0/0. Then a hour later , the car breaks down out of nowhere while i’m heading home. This is ridiculous.I had to walk all the way home in the rain with blisters on my feet, no one wasn’t answering the phone , I am pissed at them.

PEOPLE PLEASE RUN FROM THIS PLACE DONT WALK THIS IS ANOTHER LEMON CARLOT HE SALES MY SISTER A NISSAN ROGUE WITHIN 2 TO 3 DAYS OF HER HAVING IT IT BREAKS DOWN NOW MIND U EVERY CAR SHE GETS SHE LIKES TO TAKE OUT OF TOWN BECAUSE THE LONGER YOU DRIVER A CAR THE BETTER THE POSSIBILITY OF A PROBLEM BEING WRONG WITH WILL SHOW JUST TESTING THE CAR TO SEE IF ITS DURABLE FIRST THE CAR STARTED NOT ACCELERATING AFTER 80 MPH SO WE CUT IT OFF AND SIT FOR ABOUT 10 MIN THEN IT WORKS FINE BUT THE MOMENT SHE GETS HOME THE CAR DIDN’T WANT TO ACCELERATE AT ALL THEN SHE CUTS IT OFF TO LET IT SIT AND NOW IT DOESN’T EVEN WANNA CRANK SOUNDS LIKE BAD TRANSMISSION TO ME THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE LITERALLY I WILL BE CALLING CREDIT BUERUA ON ON THEM BECAUSE THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AS TO WHY MY GIRL WASTED HER MONEY ON CAR THAT U GUYS SAID WAS RELIABLE

They only want that money. Customer satisfaction is not on their agenda be careful and don’t make any decision with them unless your sure! Yes I am a customer. I didn’t know I would be locked out of my car if I locked the doors, key doesn’t work so I am forced to hire a locksmith and fix my door lock expeditiously without any help from you all haven’t had my truck a week. LIKE I SAID, BE CAREFUL WITH THESE PEOPLE AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE SURE. Customer satisfaction is not on their agenda as a professional business owner I said what I said! Also Brian is who I called with my problem and all he did was suggest a locksmith lol. Thanks
