This dealership was AMAZING!!! JD sold us a wonderful Tucson and was patient and caring. Todd and Justin was great as well. I believe Todd is one of the best managers around! Thank you and your team for the great first buying experience and the helpfulness. They made sure we were out in a new car to go and pick up our kiddos from school so that was a wonderful help!

Sold me a car, only after I inquired with 2 different people from this dealership asking if everything was checked and fully inspected. Making sure nothing was wrong prior to purchasing. Me being a younger female and not fully knowing about cars I wanted to trust this dealership after verifying with two departments that everything was in great shape. Only to get home and be told the complete exhaust pipe was missing(see photos) the CV booth has to be replaced, the oil pan gasket is leaking and needs replaced, and that 2 tires are almost to the end of their use(even though I was told all 4 tires were replaced by their service team). I’m not being quoted 2k+ for repairs and that’s not including the tires. I tried reaching out to their team only to basically be told it was my own fault and they can’t help me. So now on top of just paying everything I had(paid in cash) for this car they expect me to pay for all these repairs…. So yeah not a fan so much for hoping they were good people not trying to rip off a mom. All of that and I had my toddler with me that day and they made us wait for 2 hours after writing the check so they could clean it. Also should note the CARFAX was clean and no notice of the issues were stated.

Amazing Service and a Truly Outstanding Experience! I can't say enough great things about Mr. Jeffery and Mr. Justin! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with genuine kindness and respect. The entire team was incredibly helpful! They went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. I absolutely love my car! They truly care about their customers! Thank you all again! I will definitely be recommending!

I really like how they help me getting my battery. But it took them so long and I had somewhere to be. I just came for a battery and they were doing all kinds of checks on my car to make sure I was good. But that day was not the day for that. Oh my cruise control don't work no more I don't know what happened. Maybe a fuse but it was working before I brought it there. But other than that they are great people very good workers.

Mr. Jeffery Draper was the absolute best. I recommend him if you are wanting to buy a car! He was so kind and funny! Always gave me updates when needed, was patient, and always had time to answer my questions throughout the day when I needed them answered. He was defiantly a blessing through this process. Thankful for him!
