Tyler, at the parts desk for Subaru, helped out GREATLY with big quote for parts I needed on my vehicle. Was extremely patient, and had a GREAT attitude the whole time. He also gave me great advice on self servicing my 2014 Subaru Legacy! Tyler for the win yall! This guy understands the concept of going to work and WORKING! If you can go anywhere else, do it. My experience buying a car here was so strange. I went in having picked out two vehicles from the website. He pulled one, but couldn’t answer ANY questions about it. The other he said I couldn’t see because the battery was dead and he had no way to jump it. I really needed a car so I went through with the first one. Sitting waiting for paperwork took 4 hours!! Every little thing he had to run to another building to ask someone, print something, etc. during the wait he repeatedly told us incredibly personal details about himself that made us uncomfortable. After such a long wait apparently management wanted us out quickly, because someone rushed over, made us sign a ton of paperwork in a flurry without explaining anything, and sent us on our way. Now, just a few weeks later, my check engine light is on. They told me they can’t get any information and I just need to keep calling to get someone on the line to help (their systems can’t leave a message or communicate between departments). Just an awful experience overall, wish I had gone elsewhere from the start.

Latoya was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoroughly professional throughout the entire process. I started to shop for a car in February and did not purchase one until July. Latoya never pressured me and sometimes called just to see how my week was going. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I was comfortable with every step, and genuinely cared about helping me find what I needed. Her warmth and sincerity really stood out—something you don't always encounter in the car-buying world. If you're looking for someone who goes above and beyond to make the experience smooth, respectful, and even enjoyable, Latoya is it. She turned what could have been a stressful task into a pleasant and memorable one. Highly recommend working with her!

Went here for my 12k service, after driving from Texas, as glad as I am that they were able to work me in without an appointment I was very disappointed in there inability to address a leaking tire. I had a slow leak and had purchased a full set of tires from the Subaru dealer in Houston they refused to honor the warranty which is Nation wide and tried to charge 72$ for a plug….after all that they “could not find the leak” going as far as to call it “good news” after leaving the dealer the tire pressure on all four tires did not match the paperwork, they in fact did not air any of them and the leaking tire was still low like 20psi. It was giving an alert on tpms as well before and after. I seriously doubt they looked at the tire at all. I immediately went to another tire shop a mile down the road and they found a nail in the tire and patched it for me. This shop cannot handle a simple plug job. Why would I trust them with anything else.

Just purchased a new forester from Kenneth! The experience was good from start to finish! Kenneth answered all our questions! We’re very happy. 10/5 stars for sure!!

Will Ray was great to work with getting my new crosstrek. I really appreciated how he took the time to show me a bunch of the important features before I did my test drive. He also texted the next day checking if we had made it home to seward okay which was a very nice touch. It was a long drive, but I'm glad I got my subaru here, well worth the drive, the whole experience was good

I have gone to the dealership for years for all my repair needs, the dealership I went to in Washington was the best ever. This one does not offer my service package that I thought was lifetime but expired without me canceling it. That is not my issue . My issue is the low grade service I have got twice in a row. My oil change was done incorrectly and I had to get it fixed. I let it slide because it was just a screw . This time I did an oil change , tire change out and they changed out filters. With military discount I paid 416. I feel like 80 dollars a filter is over priced . Anyways I have never gone to a place and left with dirty wheels. I have never had anyone leave my tires black . Also they threw my tires in the back of my car when I had them stacked nicely. 416 is a lot so spend for that kind of service. My old dealership used to clean my car .

Average buying experience followed by two-and-a-half months of pain trying to get the title and registration for a vehicle paid for with cash. They only returned one phone call the entire time, and that was to tell me that the DMV person had just left for the day (after I'd been calling all day over the course of six hours because my temp tags were expiring). When I finally got the paperwork, it was incorrect and I had to go to the DMV and get it fixed myself. Once Kendall has your money, you're not worth their time or effort.
