Arizona Custom Innovation

Manny and his crew did an amazing job on my 2017 Ram 3500 cab n chasis!! He went above and beyond to fix my truck and even came and picked it up for me then washed it and hooked up the trailer so it was all ready when I got there. Manny will have my business from now on. Great people great work and a great timeline also!!

Manny and his crew did amazing with my 2020 mustang. Definitely going back to them for everything! I highly recommend Arizona Custom Innovation best service I’ve ever experienced!

We were up for the UTV rally and brought our 24' enclosed trailer. Our RV didn't have the controller in the cab for the trailer breaks. Manny and his nephew came to our camp on Friday evening to wire in the control. They did a professional job and they were very polite and took care of the problem quickly. We made it off the mountain with no issues and the trailer breaks worked wonderful. Thank you for the service and when we come back to area and we need a mechanic, Manny is my guy.

I was on a camping trip, truck/camping trailer, 50 miles south of Springerville AZ when my truck broke down. I got a tow to Springerville and the auto repair shop came up with an outrageous quote to repair my truck. I talked to Manuel at AZ Custom Innovation. I had it towed to Custom Innovation. His shop was very busy but he took my truck in saying he’d have a little time going forward to check it out. He called the next day with the truck ready to go. The problem had been air in the fuel line (Duramax diesel). He delivered the truck to me since I had no transportation and charged me nothing! Can’t get better/more timely service than that. I was speechless. I highly recommend AZ Custom Innovation for any repairs or service they provide. If I need auto repairs/service while in northeast AZ I’ll go back to them. There’re a Top drawer repair shop. I'd give them more stars if I could.

Manuel is an absolute Godsend! He provided quick, friendly and honest service, going above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. We came in with a part that was not meant for our car, and he took it upon himself to call all over town to get us what we needed. He was even able to get us in same-day, within the hour! We will be taking our cars here for all future services and will be recommending them to everyone possible! They are absolutely fantastic and deserve your business!!

This guy is great. I’m from out of town and camping in the national forest. Needed an oil change. He got me in quickly and did the change in driveway so I could stay in my van with my dogs. All at a reasonable price for a full synthetic change. He is friendly, professional and helpful. Also willing to talk about various places to see in the region. I highly recommend.

We don’t even know where to start sharing our gratitude for Manuel. We were in a pretty dire situation with a large vehicle stranded and even roadside assistance unable to give any help. Manuel talked us through options that would be in our best interest and away from his own financial gain! He didn’t rush the call, he genuinely cares, and his communication skills are next level professionalism. Thanks, Manuel! You will always be our go-to for ANY service needs. This community is lucky to have you.

Hands down the best mechanic I have ever seen. They’ve done my Toyota Tacoma, and my wife’s Subaru Impreza. Turn around time was incredibly fast, all issues fixed right the first time. I’m very impressed with their services, I will always have them work on my vehicles, for anything and everything. And what really tops it off, is the follow up I get to make sure everything is perfect every time I get something back from the shop. Manny is professional, honest, and intelligent. I recommend AZCI very strongly for any vehicle maintenance and repair.
