La mujer que me atendio en la mañana fue muy amable y atenta estaba apunto de hacer trato y me prometieron tener impecable la troca en torno a limpieza y solo le dieron una sacudida,abajo todo chasis chorreaba de aceite dijero que lo tratarian de arreglar y en el momento de casi el cierre vienen a decirte que te cobraran asi no te quedan ganas de comprar cuando empiezan a rectificar por ello me fuy antes de pasar a financiemiento y seguir con sorpresas.

Pues muy profesionales, revisaron mi carro y lo arreglaron, fueron muy amables. Gracias a Lucio que atendió todas mis dudas, lo recomiendo.

I honestly had a really pleasant experience with this dealer. I bought a C7 Grand sport 3LT (in cash, I can’t speak for financing) decently low mileage and was listed at a great price. Steve was wonderful and respectful the entire process. Nate and Christian were great as well and lovely to work with. You will have your typical dealer fees but they were open to working through those with me which was a nice surprise. Overall I would give them 4-5 stars for how professional, respectful, and patient they were with me during the buying process. I’m very excited to have my new car and so far i’ve had no issues with it. Driving great and is in great condition cosmetically as was stated by them before purchase. (I bought out of state so didn’t get a chance to see it in person) Thank you to the team at Ken Garff Hyundai! The car is beautiful and so much fun!

Ken Garff himself is rolling over in his grave after the way we were misled and mistreated at the Surprise dealership this afternoon. DO NOT shop this dealership if you are paying in cash. I can't speak for purchasing with financing. We were asked if we could purchase said vehicle for $23,500 if we would purchase today (10/2/2025) with your typical banter upon trying to leave. We told our salesman we needed to grab a snack and chat about it. Texting back and forth ensued and we said we would take the vehicle. We picked up a cashier's check for $23,000 made out to the dealership and brought $500 cash in case they were firm on the $23,500. Upon arrival salesman was jovial and took our cashier's check. A few minutes later Billy A. (sales manager who refused to give his last name) came into our little pod and informed us he couldn't sell the vehicle for $23,000 or $23,500 and angrily asked who verbally gave us this price? We walked out after 3 hours, frustrated, confused and disappointed that we were told a price that was not honored after we went to the bank, picked up a cashier's check and honored our end of the agreement. DO NOT leave this dealership without a WRITTEN agreement on an agreed upon price with Billy A. (big bearded man) or you will be wasting your time. If I could give negative stars I would. Ken Garff would be ashamed of his employees today. You've been warned!! UPDATED 10/3/2025 After reviewing numerous 1 star reviews the center of the issue primarily being dishonesty and revolve around general sales manager Billy Arterberry and his unprofessionalism. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANY VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. An attempt to contact me via call and text happened this morning from salesman Fernando asking me to remove his GSM Billy A. from this review. Please, do your own research, this is one of many 1 star reviews on their site or dealerrater.com. UPDATED 10/4/2025 All's well that ends well... 2022 Tucson Hybrid Convenience with 20k less miles, color we wanted and less OTD than the verbally committed price that was backed out of at KGHS. Mini North Scottsdale 5+ stars!! David and Leon were professional, courteous and efficient. Sent me the OTD price and guess what, that's what we paid for our new Tucson Hybrid. HIGHLY RECOMMEND MINI NORTH SCOTTSDALE if you're looking for a new or used vehicle.

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. They got us in and out with a loaner car while they were doing a major repair to my car in 30 minutes. If I could adopt them I would. And Hyundai covering warrantied repairs excellent and the roadside assistance it's wonderful!
