Nous avons eu du bon service en 2014. Nous sortions d’un périple au Mexique de 2 ½ mois et nous y sommes allés pour une vérification générale et un changement d’huile. Notre rendez-vous était le 10 avril 2014. Nous avons eu un excellent service professionnel ce qui ne fut pas le cas à Campeche, Mexique qui nous ont laissé partir avec des roues en très mauvaise condition après avoir passé trop vite sur un topes (ralentisseurs) à Tampico. C’était le soir et nous ne l’avons pas vu. Le personnel ici nous ont dit que c’est criminel de nous avoir laissé partir en nous confirmant que tout était correct. Ils ont fait tout le nécessaire pour que nous poursuivions notre voyage en toute sécurité. Nous avons deux photos à vous proposer. Nous recommandons ce concessionnaire. My Mom needed a new car. She'd been considering a Fiat, because they're too cute. Vincent O. came out to meet us while we were looking. My Mom told him what she was interested in, and Vince got to work. He was a pleasure to work with. Buying a new car was an easy experience. Thank you Vincent for a great morning.

A very nice car buying experience. Bobby Talley was a fantastic salesman, made us comfortable, answered all our questions and took care of all the issues that can come up with a car buying experience.

The service department surprised me! I was expecting the same team attitude of not caring at all about the customer. Then I met Adam and Sam. As I was expecting the same shoddy treatment from the service department, I had a defensive attitude when I arrived for my scheduled appointment. I felt I had to ready myself in anticipation of a negative experience. Adam patiently listened to my concerns - there was a turnover in staff - both in sales and service. He treated me with respect, answered my questions, was pleasant, and did not LIE as did employees from my August September 2016 experience. The work was completed in a timely manner. Adam arranged for a rental car while my Fiat 500X was being serviced. When I went to Larry Miller Fiat to pick up my car, both Adam and Sam were wonderful. Sam explained to me the work that was completed. He answered my questions to my satisfaction and showed true interest in providing the best customer service! I believe in second chances and am delighted to say I was encouraged and not disappointed. Thank you Adam and Sam!

Wow, I have never been treated so well during the process of purchasing a car, any car. I did a lot of research on all makes/models of vehicles and spoke with MANY car salesmen during this adventure. By far, the BEST experience with Ken, Bob & Bobby. I was so impressed with their candor and professionalism and their guidance through this process. I recently had to return for questions about my Fiat, my 1st Euro car, and Jason was great, patient with me and understood my inquiries = tremendously helpful. Heck, I might just hang out with them, they're a great group of people! This is the place I will purchase from until I can no longer drive! I love driving my little Fiat = great car! The whole staff was very helpful, from the moment we walked in to the moment leaving the lot. I felt valued and informed on every step on the entire process, not only that but I felt safe with my decision and that I knew it was the right one. Gilbert, Ken, and Joe were all extremely helpful and friendly and I recommend them for anyone who goes there. I went for my first car and all the dealerships I had gone before hand were shady and couldn't stand behind their product, this dealership was VERY different. They're run by a noncommissioned staff so they don't focus on upselling, they respect your requests and truly work for the best car in your requirements and budget. They're willing to work with you past the necessary into the beyond of what they're called to do. I'm amazed at the knowledge and guidance I received in my time there and I'm 110% satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership. They have my loyalty and business.
