As usual a great experience. Tylor has taken care of multiple vehicles for me. I schedule appointment, let them know expectation of return time, and services needed. The service team has never failed to come through. I’ve never felt pressured to complete recommended work but am always made aware of anything needing attention. The pricing is very competitive at least on the services I have requested. I’ve worked at multiple dealerships and know how it normally goes. I appreciate this crew and how they handle my luxury vehicles. Thank you all! See you next time.

Our salesman Andrew was great. The dealership is undergoing a large remodel so it’s not the least bit comfortable there. Have to go to a different dealership to just use a bathroom. Not quite what you imagine when buying a luxury car. Paperwork was substantially delayed due to incompatibility of programs in between dealerships. Had to go to Mazda for signing. The process in no way has to do with the salesman. The dealership should have had a better plan for their customers prior to undergoing such a huge renovation.

This was the most wonderful buying experience we’ve ever had. Zac was our sales associate, he was such a pleasure to work with. Everyone we spoke with , including the General Manager, was so kind and made us feel like we were among friends. I am so proud of my beautiful 2025 CT4. We will definitely return to Cadillac of Bentonville!!!!!!

What do you get at Cadillac of Bentonville? A whole lot of carelessness, broken parts on your Escalade, and pure disrespect after spending well over $8,000.00 with them! I wanted to wait and give these guys time to fix what they broke, but it looks as though that’s not going to happen, so allow me to give you an inside look at how this company operates! First they treat you like royalty, that is until they have your vehicle in their shop for 4 days before they even take a look at it. Then when you call and ask what the hold up is, they turn the script around on you like a true narcissists would and claim they are just simply too busy with other warranty work. So I pick up my truck, and then bring it back to them a few days later. After about 2 weeks, my Escalade is finally fixed. Now back up to when I dropped my truck off the second time, the technician broke my rear view mirror bracket while troubleshooting my vehicle. I asked that it be replaced with a new bracket since I brought it in with a perfect bracket, it should be fixed since it was their technician who broke it. I should also mention that this is the same technician that was yelling profanities at me to his associate for reasons unbeknownst to me, especially since I have never met him before in my life. I also brought this up to the service manager who clearly didn’t give a crap, and I let their public liaison know as well who shrugged it off. When I went to pick up my Escalade after they were finished, it wasn’t washed or detailed like they say they will do, nope, it was however inundated with several scratches and knicks from the technician working on it. There was also a heavy amount of grease and oil all over my vehicle and on my leather interior inside the cabin. I’ve done a ton of business with different Cadillac dealerships from here to Arizona, and this place is absolutely the worst without a doubt in my mind. They are careless, reckless, disrespectful and they seem to think that lying is just part of doing business the Bentonville way. I would urge you to seek a different dealership at all costs, as they will absolutely not have your best interest in mind. Their building isn’t the only thing that needs to be restructured, their staff needs serious restructuring with competent people who take their job seriously and hold themselves accountable.

I bought a car online. I trusted it would in great shape. They never mentioned it smelled like smoke and had cigarette burns in the carpet. After calling to complain they refused to do anything. To spend almost $50,000 and them not willing to help us insane to me.
