I recently purchased a 2025 Subaru Forester Hybrid from Chris Tyminski (from Putnam Subaru), and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. My family first visited the showroom over the summer to check out the car, and we were immediately grateful to have connected with Chris. He took the time to show us the vehicle, answered all of our questions, and was incredibly warm, never pushy. When we were ready to make the purchase this month, we reached out to Chris to start the process. Also, even though the color we wanted wasn’t initially in stock, he was able to locate one quickly and honor our negotiated price without any hassle. Steven was amazing! I got a new Forester Hybrid a couple weeks ago. I wanted the Touring trim with duel tone which typically requires special order. He was able to pull some magic within days and arranged the test ride. He even prepared the docs, so I could test drive, sign and pick up the car in 3 hours. He knew I wanted the OEM skid plate, so he's gone above a beyond to hook me up with their Service Center for a quote. Also a big shout out to Ricardo who spent time with me to go over all the new functions of the car. My last Subie was 2014, so this new one is a big upgrade to me. Having this personal touch is way different than googling that myself over the internet. After losing trust from another Subaru dealership in the Bay (I don't want to callout the name), I'm glad that I've found another one that I can trust. Thank you so much, guys!

Chris Tyminski did an excellent job working with me to find the best vehicle to meet my needs. The car had to accommodate a walker without collapsing, have auto tail gate and be within my price range contemplating my trade in. Very very pleased with the 25 Subaru Forester I bought!! Subsequently I returned to Putnam for a quick rundown of the features. Ricardo Villanueva patiently walked me through the many features. My first Subaru so it took a while! Ricardo is terrific answering all questions. Couldn't be happier. My son has been a very satisfied Subaru owner for many years. And now I am, too.
