Took our 2021 Palisade in for front brakes, brake fluid flush and oil change around 10:30am car service was finished around 1:15pm. Hyundai La Quinta service team works fast and efficiently. They’ve been very friendly and we also received a complimentary car wash and detail inside. Thank you guys appreciate your expertise, we’ll be back!

Jesus Vasquez is truly a pleasure to work with. From initial contact, my cold call to La Quinta Hyundai, Jesus was genuine all the way through the transaction. I explained what I was interested in, two vehicles, and what I was willing to do. His assistant, Sid (actually the boss), was hilarious to crack on back and forth. No pushing, no pressuring, no small room 4 square. Eric, the finance guru, was equally exceptional, quiet, focused, and detailed on the agreed transaction with no overt upsales or add-ons. I bought the new Tucson and Kona EV that evening and returned a few days later and bought a new Ioniq 6. I engaged 4 dealers throughout CA on my conquest for two new cars. One, the closest to me in the OC refused to talk price over the phone, text, or email. Two other dealers, one in the Bay Area and the other in the Capitol area, engaged in price discussions. But in the end, La Quinta Hyundai was the most genuine remote dealing out of all of them. Clearly, La Quinta Hyundai has assembled a great team of folks who are most interested in seeing the process through that is satisfying to the buyer on the buyer's terms. I bought three new cars and only spent 2 hours at the dealership in person, which was only to process the paperwork. Literally sign, then drive. After I received calls from Romero, a sort of aftercare call and follow-up texting with Jesus. As one car was for my wife and the other for my daughter, Jesus also showed them respect, consideration, and personal interest throughout the process and follow-up calls and text with them. I appreciate the genuineness of Jesus and all the folks who made the purchase of three new cars actually pleasurable. Hats off, gentlemen!

We bought a car there and it was easy without hassle. Then we used the service dept. for my business vehicle and it was easy to make the appointment online, I even got to pick my service agent Rigo. He has helped me in the past at Toyota and Pep Boys and he was always honest with me. So service department is great. I highly recommend Hyundai of La Quinta.

The financing manager was just as impressive, handling everything quickly and professionally. There were no gimmicks, no upselling—just a good, honest deal. Martin and the entire team at Hyundai of La Quinta made us feel valued and confident in our purchase. Words honestly can’t capture how exceptional the service was. Even if you don’t live near Palm Springs or La Quinta, this dealership is absolutely worth the trip. For me, the 1 ½-hour drive was more than worth it.
