Mal servicio empesando por #1:la persona que atiende el teléfono muy grosera y siempre contesta de malas#2 los mecánicos muy malos lleve mi camioneta hase 4 días al servisio y me cobraron muy caro por un servició muy malo tenían que cambiar el aseite y no le pusieron mi camioneta marcaba todo el tiempo que no tenía aceite compre 4 litros de aceite y todavía le faltaba no es la primera ves que me pasa mal servicio no lo recomiendo #3 la camioneta hyunday tusson salió muy mal no tiene fuerza y los frenos se gastan muy rápido siempre sale algo nuevo que arreglarle y es nueva y boy a cambiarla ya que sale muy mal. No recomiendo ni el servisio ni la compañía muy desepsionante tanto dinero tirado ala basura

Que mal servicio recibi, me dieron un pesimo diagnostico, me dijeron que tenia que cambiar el motor, fui a un taller en forma y me dieron el diagnostico real y solo fue un inyector el problema, recomiendo que no vayan a ese lugar

Worst Customer Service I’ve Seen in 24 Years in the Auto Industry I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in December and have only put 6,000 miles on it. Recently, both front tires began splitting — a major safety issue. When I called, I asked for the sales manager three different times and was promised a call back each time. Not once did he call me back. I ended up talking to the finance director instead. Are you kidding me? The General Manager’s excuse was basically: “If you’d told us within a week of purchase, we’d have fixed it.” A week? The tires looked fine from the outside — there was no way to know. That’s a pathetic response. And the same General Manager giving that excuse is the one allowing cars in poor condition to sit on his lot. He wouldn’t have lasted 10 seconds in a store I managed. When I bought the car, I test drove several vehicles on the lot — and every single one pulled hard to the right. Many had scraped rims and obvious issues that should have been fixed before sale. One Nissan Pathfinder I looked at was filthy, including a dirty headliner. A Honda Passport on the front line had visible rust. This is nothing but a pot lot used car department parked on a new car lot. And here’s the kicker — I just saw the reviews for this dealership. Had I seen them beforehand, I would have never set foot on this lot. What a joke. Bottom line: Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. You can tell everything you need to know about a dealership by looking at the condition of their used car lot — and this one tells you to keep driving.

The sales representatives wasn't clear and concise. By mistake I was under the impression that a major service/maintenance was required to uphold the cars warranty. This was a basic oil change that I could've easily done at any auto shop.. I was charged $360 for an oil change. Unfortunately I seen the details after the work was completed. Don't be fooled, ask the questions before hand. I’m only disappointed because that’s what dealerships are known to do, maximize profits. $190 in parts, $150 for labor for an oil change! That’s literally 15mins, and I should have known better. This entire service would have been $140 at tires choice including the 20 point Multi inspection..
