Maita Subaru

Internet Sales Manager Ray Emanuel was super helpful with the purchase process as was all of the other staff at Maita Subaru: Levi Whittaker who did my Encore Delivery was very knowledgeable and showed me a number of things that I didn't know about the car and may not have found in the manuals. Jacob Morgan in the Service Department who helped me with the install of my trailer hitch was great as well! I've been enjoying the Crosstrek Wilderness for the last month. As one of the few compact SUVs that can actually hitch haul my Dirtbike I am ready for some adventures!

I have nothing but good things to say about Maita Subaru here. I don't want to put others on blast. But I had a bad experience at a different Subaru so I gave Maita Subaru a shot and I'm glad I did. If I'm not the only one I recommend others stopping by here instead. I'm bad with names or else I would shout out more people but Francisco and Levi were very helpful.

This is my second Subaru purchase and my second time buying from Maita Subaru. I was involved in a rollover motor vehicle accident and felt that my Subaru was the reason I am here today. So of course I bought another one. There is a reason Subaru has such a great safety rating. I feel like the sales experience was smooth and easy. Levi did a great job with my followup redelivery experience, explaining everything and showing me some shortcuts. He also helped me to adjust my stereo so I get the best use of my system. I’ve taken my previous Subaru to Maita for service and it was always a great experience. I never felt pressured to do any servicing that I wasn’t prepared for. Great car dealership!

I had a very good experience buying my new Subaru Forrester hybrid at Maita. Victor was my sales guy and he was very easy to work with, no pressure but gave me confidence in my purchase and was very helpful and friendly. The rest of the process went very smoothly including the financials which can typically be quite stressful. I recently had an appointment with Levi to go over all the bells and whistles on my new car and he was kind and knowledgeable and helped me so much! Thank you, Victor and Levi and the whole Maita Subaru team for making this purchase easy. I love my new car!

Such great people. Really outstanding. I had a major maintenance issue with my Subaru while driving from the Bay Area to Auburn. Addison and the gentleman in transportation (spacing on his name, sorry amigo) just took such great care of us. Super grateful.

The comfortable ambience of the waiting area meets all needs, too. I know it will be a good experience every time I go there, and I can count on low costs, as well.

I bought my new Subaru a few weeks ago, which was the most Pleasant car buying experience I've ever had, and I had my follow-up appointment with Levi to go over any questions I might have on how my new car operates. Coming from a 2010 Ford Edge I had a lot of questions and Levi answered all of them and explained so many things from my lease to programming my stereo so it sounds so much better! Levi is so great to work with answers all the questions with no judgment, even when we both know that's a questions are pretty entry level. I found this process to be hugely helpful and Levi to be a great asset to the Maita Subaru team!
