Si pudiera otorgarle media estrella, lo haría sin duda alguna. Si no fuera por la atención de Henry, que via email me dio descuento para mi vehículo, pondría media estrella. Manejé cinco horas, junto a mi esposa y mi bebé desde Lake Balboa, en Van Nuys a recoger mi Veloster. Todo bien hasta la llegada, pues primero el vendedor con el que hablé ni siquiera estaba. Al menos su hermano fue amable, pero a la hora de firmar con el agente financiero Ricky Robello empezó la auténtica pesadilla. Su trato fue abusivo, irrespetuoso e indiferente. Ya tenía aprobado mi crédito con un banco y el insistió en que tomara el de su financiera. Menospreció mi banco. Retardó lo más que pudo nuestro proceso de firmas. Se comportó arrogante. Atendió primero a otras personas que llegaron media hora después de nosotros. En resumen, debido a su actitud ha sido la peor experiencia que he tenido financiando un vehículo con Hyundai. Y para empeorar el asunto, ni siquiera me envió el contrato en formato digital. Manejar cinco horas para que un empleado abusivo te arruine el día es algo que a nadie se lo deseo.

I walked into the dealership two days ago, looking for a great deal on a great car for my daughter. We researched what we wanted before walking in and met a salesman by the name of Muneesh. He was not forceful and understood we were there looking at a car and depending on the deal that was presented. I may or may not purchase the vehicle. He was very informative and patient I purchased many cars from dealerships so I know how the process works. He was not pushy or put me off to someone else. He presented an offer countered, and after a respectful negotiation, I was able to get a price and the car that I wanted. Rarely have I experienced this from dealerships. I am from San Diego and was here for three days to help my daughter out and found the car. Thanks to Muneesh and Ninous. Ninous was very personable. Not pushy and was able to provide a slightly better deal after deciding to finance with Capitol Hyundai. Overall, it was a great experience and my daughter has the piece of mind knowing she has a reliable car for school, work and living in Monterey. If you’ve done your research and know what you want then this is the place to find a vehicle. Thank you guys!

When it was time to replace my Chevy Bolt EV, IONIQ 5 was on my list. I wanted to replicate the very good leasing/buying experience I had with the Chevy Bolt. They accomplished these without the rush and friendly manner. IONIQ 5 SEL RWD is the car I have wanted the EV Bolt to evolve and Hyundai nailed. Great job HYUNDAI.

I bought this pre owned car with Muneesh and he had been a determined, warm hearted problem solver for whole time. While I had problem with payment, he suggested a lot of different options and was waiting for us without any complaints. Rather he played with our daughter, handed me coffee and all that for a long time I handled few issues. And the car runs so smoothly as he assured.

Had a good experience buying a car yesterday at Capitol Hyundai. Nice team of guys. There was some dealer's usual tricks, however it didn't come from the guys I directly delt with. Most importantly, I ended up getting the exact car I was looking for, in the right color too. A big thank you in particular to Richard Luong for his patience and integrity.
