Reemplazaron todo lo relacionado con el catalizador, lo cual lo cubria mi garantia, el trabajo fue muy tardado (2 semanas o mas) el trato fue amable pero un poco forzado.El auto que me facilitaron mientras hacian el trabajo, me lo entregaron como lo recibieron,, sin limpiar.,, parece ser que cuando hacen trabajos con garantia no lo hechan muchas ganas.

Called Subaru in the morning if I could get my car done for my one month overdue service maintenance. Without any delay, they agreed to drop my car for service at once. Mat was the one who received my car. He was very accommodating and very honest to tell me that it was no guarantee that it would soon finish according to my time frame, as there were cars in service that came ahead of mine. I understood, he gave me approximate time it would be done. I left and gone grocery shopping while my car was on service. Mat was texting, giving an update of the job. Then he gave a final call that my car service is done. It was great, it was done in a timely manner. Just as soon as I finished my grocery, my car is done too. Mat is great and very professional dealing with clients. He explained details of the job done to my car. It was very satisfactory experience with him, doing an excellent job. Thank you Mat and thank you all at Subaru service for doing such a great job!

I went in for a routine oil change. The service also includes rotating my 4 tires and adjusting pressure and checking top of all fluid levels. My experience was overwhelming positive. Anthony Corral the service advisor was very honest and transparent about the maintenance I can hold off until the next service. Anthony was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. A picture of the existing cabin filter was also provided to show that it should be replace at the next service due.

Your reception area is very organized. I am impressed with the process of checking in and checking out of my car. I like your waiting area and your environment in general. It is very comparative to Mercedes dealership’s Auto service in Stevens Creek. I’m very happy with your service. One suggestion is if you can charge a little bit more and then wash my car after your service. That is the only disappointment, but then I realize my car is not a luxury car, like Mercedes or Tesla auto Center needs to handle.

Tyler was VERY helpful. Clear communication throughout. The services needed were beyond my expectations, but he made the process smooth. They fit me in on a holiday weekend with short notice and got the job done.

I had a great experience working with Tyler, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to servicing my car. He took the time to explain what my vehicle needed and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. It’s not always easy to find someone who is both professional and easy to talk to, but Tyler was exactly that. I really appreciated his honesty and expertise, and I’ll definitely be going back to him for any future service needs. Highly recommended!

Employees were great at handling my oil change service. Made the appointment on my app and drop it off to their service department. Slight wait for them to take the car but they did a great job. They called me when it was time for a pickup and I got the car 20 minies later. Total time the car was at the dealer was about 2hrs. There was a lot of people all waiting on service that day so the wait time was as expected.

Received service recommendations for exhaust manifold replacement due to crack for over $2k. I tried to contact the representative to inquire more details without success. But was told covered by warranty without charge when pick up car at site. Should any discovered issue (especially expensive ones) be first check against the warranty before communicating to customer. Furthermore, there was another recommended service on cam carrier reseal. Now, I am wondering if that also covered by the warranty and the representative did not say anything on that when picking the car.
