Para min fue un tratamiento EXCELENTE!!! Incluso hago cuestión de dejar el nombre del muchacho que atendió a nosotros el se llama Jesus Merino. Fue con un amigo que ya había comprado su carro en otro dile e dijo que nunca había visto una compra de un carro tan rápida comparada con la compra de el e de otros amigos que dijeron lo mismo en la compra de sus altos. Jesus fue demasiadamente educado e prestativo con nosotros. Recomiendo que compren e busque este funcionario. Sería injusto si no hiciera este comentario.

Though I didn't have much credit history, they are able to get my application approved and get me the car. Got me a very good price for leasing ioniq 5. Sales guy Ibraheem was very nice. Helped me throughout the process and able to answer all the questions I got. I'm very satisfied with this dealership and my purchase.

Kenny @ Stevens Creek Hyundai is a prime example of excellent customer service! It started when we first drove into the driveway with Kenny greeting us from afar and guiding us where to park. We originally had an appointment with someone else but they were busy so Kenny kindly took over. Test drove a couple cars and made our decision to buy. Process was easy and Kenny finished with us by detailing the car so we can take my son's "first car life milestone" pictures out side the dealership. Thank you Kenny for your genuine service and making our car buying experience so memorable!

Worst dealership experience ever. We came in as walk-ins — the guy at the front said they take walk-ins, so we decided to wait. There was only one other customer in the hall, so we thought it wouldn’t take long. Instead, we sat there for over an hour while staff stood around chatting and laughing near the front desk. No one checked in with us, no one offered an update, and no one seemed to care. The same person who told us they take walk-ins passed by us multiple times without even acknowledging us, as if we were invisible. It was clear they don’t value their customers at all. The whole team looked unorganized, unmotivated, and more interested in socializing than helping people. We finally left when they started closing the doors — still without a single word from anyone. Absolutely unprofessional and disappointing. If you care about your time or basic customer respect, avoid this dealership.

I have been disappointed by this place. I went to this play hoping to get the lease deal. It was listed on the San Jose Clean Energy list as an approved dealer for the rebate and yet they stated they had no idea about the program. Honestly sometimes employees are not aware so I appreciated they said they would look into it and get back to me. They said they would call me back the next business day. Unfortunately, this was the first of many bad communications. The dealership did not call me back within the promised time or the rest of the week. I decided to call instead to see if they had an update. Unfortunately, they gave me the same answer and told me to wait for them to call the next day. Of course when the day arrives I again never received a call back. Another week past and, instead of going through the same issue that happened before, I went in person to talk to the employees there. They said they got no response from corporate and would talk to general manager who was not available to speak. They gave me their business called and asked me to call back tomorrow. I called and text but was met with no response. Overall, this place has been a big headache and great waste of time. They are horrible with communication and are not looking to do anything really to make a sale.
