A big thank you to Jason, Pedro, and Lloyd for their excellent service and follow-up with my 2019 Fiat Spider 124. After dealing with recurring clutch issues, I truly appreciate how quickly they arranged an independent inspection and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The transparency regarding the tear-down cost was a huge relief, and I’m pleased with how thoroughly the repairs were completed. Their professionalism and dedication to getting the job done right made a huge difference. I’m much more confident in the quality of the work performed, and I’m grateful for their commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Fiat and Alfa Romeo of Santa Monica to anyone looking for top-notch service and care for their vehicle!

BUYER ALERT!!! Multiple problems with a new Fiat 500e and Management avoiding contact or fix despite multiple attempts. Bought a Fiat 500e end Dec 2018 from Sales guy Mauricio (who then left the company). 1. No User Manual. Just grabbed an old 2016 one for me at delivery. Chase many times until they ship back the original new one after two weeks. 2. No flat tire inflator. Grab another one (not sure if used or new) at delivery upon asking only. 3. No 2nd car key. Only tell me about it after all payment and paperwork at delivery. Still waiting for it now after 4 weeks. 4. Front parking and turn lights are off. Fixed it at another dealership. 5. Worst Problem: Parking Light Warning still ON after fixing the light. Fiat Ontario said the wiring has been tempered with (see pictures) and is not covered under warranty. It's a brand new car and of course I am not paying a dime to fix it. Chase Alex Schwartz Sales Manager of Fiat Santa Monica many times and to no avail. Left many messages and wont call back. Finally got hold of him and he said he has to check with Service and never call back again. Deal with this dealership at your own risk. You have been warned...

I would give zero stars if I could. I drove my Fiat to your dealership last Thursday. I was working with Ken. I knew since I didn't have an appointment, it might be a day or two until you got to look at my car. A light went on that said the clutch was hot and the engine light also went on. Monday afternoon I messaged Ken since I hadn't heard anything. You had the car for 3 working days at this point and it hadn’t been touched. Ken said you are closed on Saturdays - which I know isn't true. – as I had called previously and states it on your website. I then missed a call from him and he message to call him. He said I probably need a new clutch which would be about $12,000. I said you mean $1200, he said no, $12,000 plus labor. He said you were doing a reset and to check back in the morning. Tuesday morning, I said I was seeing a tow truck to pick up the car. Ken said you were still working on it. He said it drives okay but you are still testing it. He said the lights are off and I will need a new clutch soon as there is clutch assembly damage and would need a new car within the year. He said the car was ready for pickup. AAA dispatched the tow truck. The tow truck got there, and the car was not ready. Ken said the guy said he'd come back in an hour. Both the tow company and AAA said that's not the way it works. I rescheduled a pickup. The tow driver called me and said the car still wasn't ready. Said he'd wait and that he hated working with Ken. Said he was difficult and got into arguments with him before. I also feel Ken is unprofessional and a HUGE pain in the ass to work with. I paid $367.50 for an inspection, and nothing was done! I asked Ken to email a receipt. Never got that either. Your service dept did NOTHING except a reset which turns out they didn’t do either. The lights were still on when it was started up again! I wish I would have read the horrendous reviews before I drove my car into your dealership. The lights were still on in the car at the garage it was towed to! The place I had it towed to sent copies of all the inspections that were done what needed to be done now and what could wait until later. Their diagnosis charge was $180 and I actually got a report. They were incredibly professional, on top of things, and explained everything. I want a full refund of the $367.50 to my credit today. Your staff is completely incompetent and unprofessional and lacks communication skills. Messaged them and no response. Went to my credit card company next for a refund. Still waiting. Run away from this place!

I took my car in for basic maintenance. The service advisor was really nice and friendly, and I enjoyed speaking with him. The only thing is that it's also an Alfa Romeo and Maserati dealership so they charge Alfa Romeo prices for basic service. Otherwise, the dealership service was good. Still love my FIAT after 8 years.

Maserati hired our coffee catering for the launch of the dealership and again for the debut of the Maserati MC20. Energetic staff, good inventory. I believe this is currently the number 1 Maserati dealership in the region and they obviously appreciate high quality coffee so they're great by us!
