After checking out a few other dealerships in the area, we ended up at Anderson Subaru, and we’re so glad we did! Jonathan Boccia was our salesman and he was absolutely awesome — super patient, knowledgeable, and respectful from start to finish. My mom went in looking for a used Subaru, but ended up leaving with a brand new 2025 Subaru Crosstrek! Jonathan never made us feel pressured or uncomfortable, which meant so much to us as women buying a car. He stayed in touch for over three weeks to make sure my mom got the perfect deal and the perfect car. The whole place just has such a good vibe — pet-friendly, charitable, and genuinely welcoming. They even have fresh baked cookies, packaged snacks, a coffee bar with hot chocolate, and a kids’ playroom, which is awesome if you’re hanging out in the service area. At Anderson Subaru, their motto isn’t just to sell you one car, but to earn your business for future cars too — and they truly live up to that. 100% buy you a Subaru from Evan. Start to finish Evan ensured the sales process moved like butter in a pan. He worked for the sale while remaining transparent and flexible. Paper work was fast and the sales manager, who's first name escapes but shares the Anderson name, made the financial paperwork easy to understand and quick to process. Great customer service. We had an overall excellent experience at Anderson Subaru. This review however is specifically for our Sales Rep - Adam Corey. Top Tier!!! We are not up to date on all the tech on new cars so I asked Adam to do the test drive for us. My husband sat up front with him, and I sat in the back just watching and experiencing all the things this Outback could do. It sold the car. The performance along with the knowledge that Adam had about the vehicle absolutely sold the car. Ask for him by name. Absolute Top Tier!

100% recommend this dealership. The atmosphere is so relaxed no pressure here. This was absolutely the best and easiest vehicle purchase experience I've ever had. I'm actually looking forward to going back when it's time for service. Buying my Audi Q5 from Anderson Subaru was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had in my life and I have purchased over 20 vehicles. We also went to quite a few other dealers in the car city area and did not have even remotely close to the same level of care and diligence. From the moment the online sales rep Ryan contacted me to schedule a test drive, to the financing, to the close it was spot on. The sales professional Jonathan Boccia was friendly, knowledgeable and respected my time which I cannot say for the other dealerships. The entire process from arriving to the dealer to signing took maybe an hour and a half. Heck we were at World Ford for 4 1/2 hours and still didn’t get to closing! Another thing that is worth mentioning is that every time we walked into the dealer, literally everybody we came in contact with was friendly, welcomed us, and asked us if we needed anything. It does not have the high-pressure car sales feeling at all. It felt more like we were shopping at a luxury car dealer. I highly recommend anderson Subaru for your next vehicle purchase even if you are not looking for a Subaru like myself.
