Aloha Auto- Sales & Rentals

Great customer service!!! Jason helped us with the purchase of a Ford F-650 Diesel Dump Truck. He went above and beyond his duties by helping us transport our truck to the shipping port since we are stationed in Honolulu. We at H.T.M. Contractors, Inc. highly recommend Aloha Auto. Go see Jason you won’t be disappointed. Mahalo, H.T.M. Contractors, Inc. Management

Aloha Auto exceeded our expectations when it comes to a car rental company. Our vehicle was clean and in great condition. Jason made us feel like we were part of his family, seriously you can't find customer service like this anymore. Making sure we were well taken care of since the moment we met him to the moment we returned the car. Also this location was within a short walking distance to the pier our cruise ship tendered to.

Rented two vehicles from them to explore the Road to Hana. Jason had the cars nice and clean clean, all fueled up, and ready to go. I got to drive a Chevy Equinox with 32k miles on it. Vehicle had plenty of room for our party of 5 plus numerous beach bags. My sister and her family were in a Dodge Caravan that had ample seating for their party of 7. Trip went without a hitch, and Jason absolutely exceeded our expectations. I'd recommend them to everyone, and loved just how close they were to our Lahaina cruise terminal.

Aloha Auto and Jason specifically is why I love supporting small business. Customer service was top notch from beginning to end. When I was planning my Maui vacation, one of the hurdles to clear was securing a rental car. At the time, rental cars were scarce or too expensive. After researching options, I found Aloha Auto and Jason. We worked through the details of my rental, and I had the peace of mind to proceed with my vacation planning. Due to an unplanned emergency Jason experienced, we had to adjust my arrangements to pick up the car. Throughout he was in contact and made sure that the pick up process was still easy and that I was happy with the rental; It was, I was. The car was perfect but more than anything I’ll remember the great customer service and the feeling I was in good hands with Jason! I highly recommend!

Jason at Aloha Auto went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He walked us through the registration process and even made sure we had a referral for a great online car cover and extra key manufacturer! He kept in communication with us through the whole transferring of the title. Honesty we have never gotten that kind of service from any of our car buying experiences new or old cars. We highly recommend Aloha Auto! Thanks Jason !

We visited and rented a car from Aloha Auto for about 6 days. Was great renting local instead of one of the big companies since we got to speak to the same person every time and the experience was just much more personable. The car was also of much better value than I generally get from the big rental spots. The location is incredibly central in Lahaina and super easy to get to. The car worked perfectly for our trip which included the road to Hana and the trek up Haleakala, and was very clean and in great shape when we picked it up. Pick up and drop off was made extremely simple and contactless. Working with Jason and Aloha Auto made this aspect of our trip effectively worry free. Overall a great experience and would 100% use them again next time we’re in town.

Talk about above and beyond. Recently we needed a rental car for a single day on the last day of our trip. Aloha Auto was happy to provide one within 30 minutes of a phone call and had the car ready on arrival. We had a really nice day and on our way back to Lahaina to drop it off we encountered a road closure due to a large wildfire - our flight was leaving 3 hours from this time and there was no clear timeline for the road reopening. Aloha Auto allowed us to drop the car off with an associate on our side of the wildfire so we could safely and quickly make our flight. Thanks so much Aloha Auto, if I could give you 100 stars I would.
