Manager hated on my car and they charged me for a “premium air filter” without notifying me. Not to mention when I got my car back for some weird reason my wipers were torn to shreds and they told me I needed blinker fluid

I moved to Northborough about a year ago, and received a postcard from New England Tire- welcoming me to the neighborhood, and offering me a very competitive price on an oil change, which was nice to receive. I am someone who typically has this done at a dealership because of a couple of terrible experiences that I have had at the Valvoline and Jiffy Lube drive-in oil change centers. I decided to give them a try several months ago for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon the very first phone call with Mike, to the in-person interaction with Gabe and Mike, these guys have been GREAT! When I arrived at the center for my first appointment, I was very pleasantly surprised. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and there was even a movie playing while waiting, which made the time go even faster. The waiting time was short and sweet, I was "in and out." I think anyone with a busy schedule can appreciate that! I returned today for another oil change and tire rotation, and from scheduling the appointment to interacting in person today, they were as pleasant, courteous and professional as the first time. I really appreciate the consistency thus far. It was a short wait again today, and now they are 2 for 2! It is really nice to find an honest shop that offers superior service -together with very reasonable prices. I highly recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for great service, consistently. They will definitely have my business going forward.

Today I stopped in before work to get an oil change. I was greeted by Matt and taken care of right away. My car needed a few things that I was unable to do today and there was no pressure at all. When I go to my Toyota dealership they always try to take advantage of me. I'll definitely be returning N.E. Tire for any future services.

Amazingly accommodating shop. Had to get an emergency radiator replacement while travelling with my pup and the owner of the company let us sit in the cool while they took care of us. No hassle over the repairs either! Straight forward pricing and even offered to help with insurance. AAA preferred repair shop too

Avoid at all costs and yes it will cost you. I just went down there for a very simple job. To have 2 tires mounted and balanced, that should cost 50 to $60. Pretty much anywhere 70 tops, it costs 100$ On top of that, while I'm in the waiting room, one of their (obviously, less experienced) techs walks out and tells the manager that one of the lug nuts on the car he's working on is stuck and if he removes it he's going to break the wheel stud off. Without hesitation, the manager "break it" not get another tech to help you, not let me take a look, or let me call the customer. Just break it.

My husband who recently passed , serviced all my car issues himself. I needed new tires and front brakes and was hesitant on using a place I was unfamiliar with. This business took my car without an appointment and they were very kind. No hard sell, very up front about cost, and I was very pleased with their customer service. I can’t say enough about my experience. KM
