Lovisa

I spent around $75 on a few pairs of earrings and “surgical steel” pieces. Within a week, the gems fell off the earrings, and the “surgical steel” jewelry caused swelling and irritation in healed piercings (2 and 6 years old). I followed proper aftercare, so this is clearly a quality or materials issue. I reached out for a refund, but despite their policy saying they offer returns & refunds within 30 days with proof of purchase, they also say they don’t refund earrings. That’s incredibly misleading, especially when the product is defective or harmful. Their website claims a 4.7 rating, but the real reviews tell the truth. It’s not worth the money or the risk.

I came here to get my nose pierced and Zakiya was the absolute BEST, she was SO NICE and helpful! She made me feel so comfortable and welcome!! PLEASE ask for her she is the best!! Such a great experience! I HIGHLY recommend her!

They were great with our 3 year old on her birthday getting her ears pierced! Made her feel so special and safe! Didn’t even flinch!! Highly recommend.

Exceptional service! I came in on 11/6 looking for jewelry for my helix, and two wonderful ladies helped me find the perfect options for my sensitive ears. They had such cute selections! I’ll definitely be coming back!

Lots of variety. Looks like salesperson needed more counter space, though. Had lots of stock on the floor to sort it. Otherwise, it's a nice place for jewelry.

Charlotte and the manager was very helpful. Great customer service, awesome staff , and very informative. I’m happy with my piercing thank you all.

I was looking for a good quality cartilage earring and the woman there was super sweet helped me find the right size and was very helpful! Great quality steel and a great price! Will definitely be back!

Eden gave excellent customer service. She was very attentive in helping me and my Sister find some cute jewelry to wear this weekend. Highly recommended that you go see Eden.
