This week I was visiting my 93 year old mother and we went to Artisan Jewelers & Repair to have a watch sized and a battery replaced. Steve was so kind and took really good care of her. The service was impeccable. He even walked my mom to the car! Don't get this amazing service in Dallas! I will be saving all jewelry repairs for when I come to Plainview!

They do an excellent job. Had a watch with a metal mesh band that I snagged pulling a couple of the wires loose. Never would have figured it could be fixed but he did it. Thank you.

They fixed my promise ring, very nice and answered all my questions, reasonably priced and while it did take a while they never seemed bothered about all my calls.
